By booking a service with Proper Fit, you agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Payments
• A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
• The remaining balance is due at the time of your scheduled service.
• Group sessions or special events may require payment in full upfront.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
• Cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.
• Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
3. Service Expectations
• All garment measurements and alterations are based on the information gathered during your scheduled appointment.
• We are not responsible for fit issues related to designers inaccurate use of measurements.
4. Client Responsibility
• Please arrive on time and with the garment(s) you wish to have measured or altered.
• Alterations may vary depending on garment construction, fabric, and condition.
5. Use of Media
• With your permission, we may use images of completed work (with no identifying information) for portfolio or promotional purposes.
6. Legal
• All content on this website is the property of Proper Fit. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
