Refund Policy
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. This includes deposits for individual appointments and group sessions. Your deposit secures your time slot and preparation for your service.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. No-shows also forfeit the deposit.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Completed Services
Due to the custom nature of measurement and alteration services, refunds are not issued once a service has been completed. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, please contact us within 7 days and we will do our best to address your concerns.
Exceptions
In rare cases where we cannot fulfill your service due to our own error or unforeseen circumstances, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
